Luxe Privée End of Summer Soirée Terms & Conditions of Purchase

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions
1. Age & Eligibility
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend
2. Ticket Purchase, Transfer & Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued except as required by law or as described below. Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in advance by Luxe Privée.
3. Event Changes, Cancellation & Weather
This is an outdoor pool event. Luxe Privée reserves the right to modify event details, move pool access indoors/undercover, or proceed rain or shine at its discretion, unless the venue or local authorities deem conditions unsafe. In the event Luxe Privée cancels the event entirely, ticket holders will be offered a refund within 60 business days of original event date if event is not rescheduled.
4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Attendance involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with swimming and pool areas, wet and slippery surfaces, alcohol consumption, and being in a group setting. By attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, you release Luxe Privée, its founder, staff, contractors, sponsors, and the venue from liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to person or property arising from your attendance, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5. Alcohol Service
Guests consuming alcohol must be 21+ and present a valid ID. Venue and event staff reserve the right to refuse service to any guest. Guests are responsible for their own consumption and for arranging safe transportation home; Luxe Privée does not condone excessive consumption.
6. Guest Conduct
Luxe Privée and venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest, without refund, for conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate. Respectful behavior toward other guests, staff, and vendors is expected at all times.
7. Personal Property
Luxe Privée and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
8. Photography, Video & Media Release
This event may be photographed and/or filmed for Luxe Privée's marketing, social media, and promotional use. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in such materials. Guests who do not wish to be photographed should notify event staff upon arrival.
9. Luxe Gift Bag Giveaway — Official Rules
Premier Access tickets include 2 automatic entries into the Luxe Gift Bag Giveaway. Additional
entries may be purchased as Raffle Tickets: $5 for 1 entry, $20 for 5 entries, or $35 for 10
entries. Each guest may hold a maximum of 22 total entries (2 automatic Premier entries +
up to 20 purchased Raffle Ticket entries); any entries beyond this cap will not be accepted.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. email contact@theluxprivee.com with your name
and phone number by September 10, 11PM EST limited to one free entry per person. Luxe
Privée is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or rescheduling of the prize event itself.
The winner will be selected and notified by email and text by September 14, 2026. All Raffle
Ticket sales are final and non-refundable regardless of outcome. Void where prohibited.
10. Health & Safety
Guests attend at their own risk. If you have a health condition that could be affected by heat, sun exposure, alcohol, or physical activity, please take appropriate precautions and consult a physician as needed prior to attending.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
12. Agreement
By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older (or meet the event's stated age policy), that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, and that you consent to the assumption of risk and release of liability described in Section 4.
