Luxe Privée Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending any Luxe Privée events, you agree to the following:

All Sales Final

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Luxe Privée.

Game & Venue Changes

Luxe Privée is not responsible for cancellations, postponements, delays, or changes made by the Philadelphia 76ers, the NBA, or the hosting venue.

In the event a game or event is rescheduled and suite access is honored, your ticket will transfer to the new date. If the venue voids the suite reservation entirely, Luxe Privée will determine next steps at its sole discretion.

Assumption of Risk

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a live sporting event, transportation services (if applicable), and related social activities.

Luxe Privée is not liable for personal injury, illness, property loss, theft, damage, or unforeseen incidents occurring before, during, or after the event.

Transportation Disclaimer

For guests utilizing provided transportation, Luxe Privée is not responsible for traffic delays, missed departures due to guest lateness, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Late arrival does not guarantee participation in transportation, seating preferences, champagne toast, guided introductions, or scheduled activations.

Code of Conduct

Luxe Privée reserves the right to remove any guest from the event, transportation, or related activities without refund for:

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
  • Excessive intoxication
  • Harassment of guests or staff
  • Failure to comply with venue policies
  • Conduct that reflects negatively on the Luxe Privée brand

This is a curated environment. Professional, elevated conduct is required.

Media Release

By attending, you grant Luxe Privée the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record you during the event.

You consent to the use of your image, likeness, voice, and name in promotional materials, social media content, marketing campaigns, and future brand materials without compensation.

If you do not wish to appear in media content, you must notify Luxe Privée in writing at least 72 hours prior to the event.

Force Majeure

Luxe Privée shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Venue closures
  • Labor disputes
  • Public health emergencies
  • Security threats
  • Severe weather

In such cases, Luxe Privée reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event at its discretion.
